Its 8.46pm now, and I am supporting the earth hour! My family and I really switch off the lights now! So, left 2 fridges, one TV, one pc, one fan and my mums feng shui fountain still consuming on electricity.
What is earth hour? Err……err……It’s a plan organized by the World Burglar Organization, so that they can have OT today, or perhaps a preparation by TNB, because they cant produce electric as fast as we consume, so they must have 2nd earth hour after this. I think that’s the correct answer…… ^^ better ask wikipedia…
“Earth Hour is an international event organised by the WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature/World Wildlife Fund), and held on the last Saturday of March each year, which asks households and businesses to turn off their non-essential lights and electrical appliances for one hour to raise awareness towards the need to take action on climate change.
Earth Hour 2009 is from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. local time, 2009-03-28. Currently, 82 countries and more than 2100 cities are 'committed to Earth Hour 2009', a huge increase from people participating in 35 countries for Earth Hour 2008. 1 billion 'votes' is the stated aim for Earth Hour 2009, in the context of the pivotal 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference.”bla bla bla….all in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earth_hour.
I’ve taken some pics during the Earth hour. Hope there is Earth Hour every year so I everyone in my family will realise how clean is the toilet bowl which my mum cleans it, and appreciate my mum’s hard work.
Yeah...u c! I was supporting!
My dad give up? Went to toilet!
My mum went to kitchen!
