My life and My Memories in UK

It’s been a very long time since I wrote the last post. Left out so many photos from UK here. It was a memorable moment in my life. Although I’ve wasted the opportunities to Eurotrip, I have enough excitement from England alone.

Since I came back from England, I don’t know what happened to me. I am just so…..Tauhu. = =”. My room has already been messed to the max for the first time in my 22 years of life as a human. I don’t even think of tidying it, probably somewhere before CNY. Kekeke.

I got my first permanent job in my life! As a Project Manager of the construction of world tallest building! (dreaming….) My working site at Puchong and sometimes Kajang. (Looking forward to meet Puchong pretties ^^) It’s quite far from my house. The total mileage I had driven during the first site day was 170KM……do u believe it? Actually it includes all the jalan sesat. = =”

My first day to work site was a disaster. Explain secara very ringkas :
1) No take file from office, kena shoot from boss.
2) Car key locked inside my car, engine still on. (Lucky my extra good buddy, Managing Director of Hong Lee Engineering, YB Leong KuCing took my spare key to me. Thank You so much!)
3) Go second site, sesat jalan for nearly an hour. From puchong to kajang, I pass by Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and Bangi. Total 170KM…..Imagine………Don’t laugh me, coz u are next…..wakakaka….

My job position is named as “site-supervisor” and I do progress claim for the both site, which I think should be site supervisor cum QS. Kekeke. Grand abit. My daily works are : (which many of my friends don’t know what I really do in my site ^^)

1) Writing site diary – this task is blardy leceh. Always forget what happened yesterday.
2) Checking material availability, report to main con if going to finish. – always kena shoot by the main con supervisor and operation manager, because order last minute. Rebars usually delivered around one-week time. A good forecast is needed. Timber 3-5 days. All depends on the magnitude of the project and many more factors. Bad forecast = die. Site die. Me die. All die. Because of? Me? Indon? Lolz.
3) Checking the work of the workers, usually length, size and level – I seldom do this because I trust them. But trust them = die, According to most of the seniors. So, I use most of my time walking here and there. Sometimes I don’t know what am I doing. Wahahaha.
4) Worker allocation – Allocate more workers to the critical works. Preventing idling workers and optimize resources usage.
5) Punch Card Machine – I am the “Punch card bergerak” mesin.
6) Attend site meeting – which is the task I hate most. Sure kena tembak, although I was the least to be aimed. Always ask “Why slow?” “When finish?” “I want more workers!” and once I heard The AGM scolded the sub con, “I can make sure this might be your last job!” = =” scary.
7) Delivery boy – Sometimes buy dinner for workers during OT, almost 40 of them now. Buy tools for them. Print plan for their Kepala. Take things here and there. Fetching workers to other site sometimes.
8) Do progress claim – which is the job of a QS. Claim 996. Especially V.O. claim where lost might happen usually if missed or miscalculated.

The main purpose of my job is to coordinate the site, which is to improve the efficiency and productivity where my boss maximizes the profits. The faster the project is done the cheaper the cost is.
Eg. 4 months project. = 4 months salary, machine rental and etc. If completed in 3 months time, one-month cost can be saved which may cost up to 75K. Means I am the 75K machine! Haha! But a delay means I worth negative and prepare to be fired.

This is my first job, luckily my boss helps me a lot. But I have been shot by his pistol for a few times. I hope no AK-47 will aim at me. I heard he has a bazooka with homing missiles. Ha ha.

2 and a half months since the day I stepped my foot again in Malaysia. And I miss UK. ^^ Its weird and impossible to understand the chemical that reacts in the bottom of our heart. In England, I miss CCM nasi lemak, teh ais, futsal, home, everything, every single cell in Malaysia! That time, I was so desperate to go back home. But now, guess what. I miss Sheffield…. I miss the fresh chilling air, £2.50 kebab and the thing that I missed most……the relaxing and easy life beyond what we can achieve in Malaysia!

I wish I could live one year alternately in Malaysia and Sheffield. Wahahaha! That’s the strange thing buried beneath our soul. When we are relaxing, grasping the mysterious air surrounding our pure body, we don’t realize the tranquility and peacefulness in our life. Loneliness and dullness was the only thing we thought. Once we stepped out from the so-called “desert”, we look back and realize that the “desert” is the place we have been searching for.

So…. I wish I could turn back time to 30 May 2008 where I just stepped my foot in England. I miss England. I miss the life. :’( Don’t ever come back to Malaysia if you’d gone to England. At least stay one year there. Enjoy while you can. Believe me!

Below are some memorable photos where I lacked out as I am so busy now. I miss all the times we had........

Totally agree with you, wish I can turn back time on 30 May and stop the time there. Now have to start working and "solving" problem everyday, and the way a fresh graduate solve problem is giving more problems to your boss. Haha agree with me?

Haha. Ya. Give problem to ur boss nvm, coz boss is our WALL to EAT all the problems caused by us. wahahaha! but as time goes on, we we will be the WALL.

The most important, the problem cause by us can be solve, no matter what. not solve = die. Serah diri better. I did this for many times d. ha ha, unless u are Troll Warlord, cast blind to ur boss.
